The Copyright on Publications of the European Dyslexia Association
The European Dyslexia Association (EDA) holds the copyright on all of its published material. Therefore, EDA publications may only be reproduced with the written permission of the Board of Directors of the European Dyslexia Association. When written permission has been given to reproduce a publication subject to EDA copyright, the copied text must be reproduced exactly and without alteration. Any translation of publications or text subject to EDA copyright must be accurately translated and submitted to the Board of Directors of the European Dyslexia Association for their approval prior to publication.
Any infringement of the copyright laws in regard to publications or text subject to EDA copyright will result in legal action and will be considered as acceptable ground for termination of membership of the European Dyslexia Association in accordance with Section Two, Article Five of The Statutes of the Association.
USAGE OF OUR LOGO
The logos and the name of the European Dyslexia Association (EDA) as seen below (and with variations of it) are the exclusive intellectual property of the European Dyslexia Association and may only be used with prior written permission from the Board of Directors. No changes or alterations to the EDA’s logos are allowed.
As a general guide, paid-up members may state on their own literature or in communication that they are members of the EDA without using the logo.
Any unauthorized use of either will result in legal action and will be considered as acceptable ground for termination of membership of the European Dyslexia Association in accordance with Section Two, Article Five of The Statutes of the Association.
