Submit your proposal via the form on this page

Oral presentations should be in line with the theme of the seminar: Towards Inclusion and Wellbeing: Evidence-Based Approaches Across the Lifespan.

If your proposal is for a group presentation, the lead presenter should complete this form. Group details should be included in the abstract.

Proposals will be reviewed and scored by our Conference Scientific Committee who will assess the quality and relevance of each proposal. The scores will then be used to rank the proposals, with the highest ranked proposals selected for presentation at the Autumn Seminars.

Deadline for submitting your proposal is February 28, 2026

You will be informed about the results of the review process by the end of March, 2026.
