From Math-Profile to Practice: Comprehensive Assessment and Ecological Intervention in Dyscalculia.
The European Dyslexia Association (EDA) is proud to present a webinar to explore this topic to celebrate Dyscalculia Day on March 3, at 7pm CET.
In this webinar Dr. Giannis Karagiannakis will present a longitudinal, school-based examination of dyscalculia through anonymised case studies of students meeting diagnostic criteria for dyscalculia, followed over a two-year period within mainstream educational settings. Drawing on the framework proposed by the EDA Academic Dyscalculia Committee, the session will outline the core components of a comprehensive dyscalculia profile, including number sense, symbolic processing, arithmetic reasoning, executive functions, visuospatial skills, and learning dynamics over time.
